Searching by Keywords

A keyword search locates previously saved remarks containing a certain word or phrase.

  1. Click the Search Text field and type a keyword in the field.
  2. Click the Filter button:
    A list of remarks containing your keyword is displayed on the left pane of the Remarks screen. If no strings are found with the keyword, a message is displayed indicating this.
  3. Click OK.
  4. To end keyword searching, click the Cancel Filter button: Cancel filter button
