Sorting Methods for Generated Itineraries
Sort generated itineraries using four specifications: by time, by number of transfers, by walking distance, or by lowest fare. When a search is performed, the chosen sort method determines the content and order of the results.
The following table explains the four specifications:

Lists itineraries by the shortest time first. (This is the default. If you select another method, this is no longer activated.) |
| By Number of Transfers | |
Lists itineraries with the least number of transfers first and progressively larger numbers of transfers as you proceed down the list. Open the Parameters tab to view the minimum number of transfers and maximum number of transfers for which the system can search. (This is always the secondary sort order.) |
| By Lowest Fare |  |
Lists itineraries by the cheapest first and progressively to the more expensive options. |
| By Walking Distance |  |
Lists itineraries with the least walking distance first. |
