Adjusting the Zoom Level

Adjust the size of the grid or fields by using the Zoom feature.

By default, the zoom level is set to a standard size, which is selected in the View menu as Zoom 100%. Adjust the zoom level according to your requirements in order to read the text or view the graphic properly.
  1. Place your pointer on the pane that you want adjust.
  2. Perform one of the following options:
    • Option 1
      • To increase the size of the contents, click View > Zoom > Zoom In.
      • To decrease the size of the contents, click View > Zoom > Zoom Out.
    • Option 2
      Click any of the following buttons as many times as required until you achieve the desired result:
      • Zoom In: Zoom In button
      • Zoom Out: Zoom Out button
  3. To return to the initial zoom level and print size set as the default, perform one of the following options:
    • Click View > Zoom > Zoom 100%.
    • Click the Restore button: Restore button.
