Arrival Restrictions

This section lists the instances where DriverMate may not allow the driver to execute the Arrive action.

DriverMatecan be configured for the app to determine whether the Arrive function will be available to the driver or not. DriverMate can check whether some conditions such as geo location, distance from destination and scheduled times are met in order for the driver to be able to execute the Arrive action.

Distance check:

In order to arrive at a location, drivers must be within 1000m (configurable) from the events geocoded location.

Time check:

In order to arrive at a location, drivers must be no earlier than 5 minutes before the Scheduled Early time for that event

Specifies the time when the Driver will be allowed to perform an Arrive operation. Arrive Start Time can be defined using one of the four time options below:
  • Scheduled Early Time
  • Scheduled Time
  • Scheduled Late Time
  • Estimated Time
