Creating Canned Messages

Canned messages can be created in the Send Messages to MDTs dialog box.

Before you begin

MDT Center must be open.

Procedure

  1. Click the Send Message button:
    The Send Messages to MDTs dialog box opens.

  2. Select the Canned Messages tab.
  3. In the To be sent field, type the new message.
  4. Click the left arrow button with the plus sign.
  5. Optional: To delete a message from the Canned Message click the X button:

Results

The new message is added to the canned message list.
