About Schedule Adherence Messages

Schedule adherence messages are messages that indicate whether a driver is carrying out his or her itinerary according to schedule.

Early Messages

If the system is configured to do so, there are tolerance values that create messages such as early messages (TrE) that notify the Dispatch center when a driver hits the Arrive or Perform button too early on an event. These messages help you determine that the driver now has more slack time.

Late Messages

If the system is configured to do so, there are tolerance values that create late messages (TrL) that notify Dispatch when a driver hits the Arrive or Perform button too late on an event. These messages help you determine as a dispatcher that the driver now has more events that will run late based on this time. You can then move trips around to help resolve the issue for the driver.
