Adding Additional Client Contact Information

Additional client contact methods and the days and times when the client can be contacted using those methods.

Before you begin

Client Registration must be open.

Address type and device type ancillary data must be created by a system administrator.

Procedure

  1. Search for and select the client.
  2. Click the Contact Info tab.
  3. In the Object Type list, click the client address type.
  4. In the DeviceAbbr list, click the device type (for example, cell phone).
  5. In the ConnectString column, type the contact information (for example, the cell phone number or email address).
  6. Select whether the contact information should be Visible on other PASS screens:

    Yes Information is visible in other PASS screens.
    No Information is masked by asterisks on other PASS screens.
  7. Type any Comments.
  8. To define when the client can be reached using the contact information:
    1. In the top grid, select the contact information row.
    2. In the bottom grid, in the WeekTemplate column, select the days the client can be contacted.
    3. Type the FromDate and ToDate.
    4. Type the FromTime and ToTime.
    5. Type the contact type's Sequence number. For example, if this contact method should be tried first, type 1.
    6. Type any Comments.
  9. Click the Save button:
