Client NAPIS Information

Information related to the National Aging Program Information System (NAPIS) can be added to the client's record.

Table 1. Description of Fields on the NAPIS Tab in Client Registration
Field Description
NAPIS Id Client's identification number.
NAPIS Certify Date Date the client's NAPIS account was created and certified.
NAPIS Eligibility Client's NAPIS eligibility type:
  • Age
  • Spouse of Eligible
  • 18–59 Disabled
  • Disabled living in Sr. Housing
  • Not Eligible
Ethnicity Client's ethnic group.
Note: Ethnicity options are defined in ancillary data by a system administrator.
Emergency Contact Name of the person to be contacted in an emergency.
Emergency Phone Phone number for the emergency contact.
Emergency Contact Rel. Client's relationship to the emergency contact.
SLA Comment for the user's reference.
# in household Number of people in the client's household.
Annual Income Client's annual income.
Low Income Client's low income status:
  • Yes
  • No
  • Unknown
  • No Answer
  • Not Eligible
Note: The amounts your site uses to determine what constitutes low income (for example, Yes <= $24,000) can be shown in a tooltip. To populate the tooltip, click File > Properties. On the Client tab, click Low Income Tooltip Info.
