Additional (Misc.) Client Information

The Miscellaneous tab allows you to enter IVR, web, and supplementary data for the client.

Table 1. Description of Fields on the Misc Tab in Client Registration
Field Description
IVR Password Client password for the IVR system.
WEB Password Client password for the client web account.
Web Disabled Client cannot login into web account.
IVR Disabled Client cannot login to IVR system.
Alternate IVR Call-back Phone Alternate phone number for the client.
Send trip reminders through the IVR system IVR system will remind the client of upcoming trips. Properties for call times and frequency are set up through the IVR system.
Call IVR system will call the client if the ride times change to outside the allowable window.
Preferred Language Language used when notifying the client.
Call-back client Sets how the client will be notified:
Send reminder (same day)
Client receives the reminder message on the day the trip occurs.
Send reminder (previous day)
Client receives the reminder message on the day before the trip occurs.
Send update (same day)
Client is updated when the schedule has changed on the day the trip occurs.
Note: If a client call-back option is not listed, contact a system administrator.

Web
Client information for general access (enforced when the client logs on), profile details, trip confirmations and cancellations, bookings, and subscriptions via web.

To use Web, Device Type ancillary data must exist for a device Abbr using the Comm. Method WEB.

IVR
Client information for general access (enforced when the client logs on),profile details, trip confirmations and cancellations, bookings, and subscriptions via IVR.

To use Web, Device Type ancillary data must exist for a device Abbr using the Comm. Method VOICE.

Email
Client information for general access (enforced when the client logs on) or trip confirmations via email.

To use Web, Device Type ancillary data must exist for a device Abbr using the Comm. Method EMAIL.

SMS
Client information for general access (enforced when the client logs on) or trip confirmations via SMS.
