COM Service System Properties
These properties define how the system verifies if a new client duplicates an existing client.
These properties allow you to specify the Complaints service used to manage client feedback in Trip Administration.
To add client feedback to a trip, open Trip Administration by clicking , search for the client trip, right-click on the trip, and click Add Feedback.
To update system properties, click and click the Profile tab.
