Common Fields and Options in Ancillary Data Dialog Boxes
Many ancillary data dialog boxes share basic options. For example, Edit, Close, and Cancel.
Some dialog boxes include more fields and functions. When the dialog box is first opened, all options except Close are unavailable (dimmed). You can Edit and Delete when you highlight a list item. You can Add when you filling out a new record. Once you are finished viewing, adding, or editing information in the ancillary dialog box, close it to return to the active screen.
