Holidays

Holiday ancillary data can be used in PASS when setting up date intervals. Holidays can be sorted by date, name, or abbreviation.

Note: If you are also using Trapeze FX, consult the Fixed Route scheduling staff at the site before using this feature.

To add ancillary data, click File > Ancillary Data > General > Holidays.

To view the calendar of existing holidays, click the calendar button in the upper right corner above the holiday list:

To return to the list of holidays, click the list button beside the calendar button:
The List button.

Table 1. Holidays Ancillary Data
Field	Description
Abbr	Abbreviation for the holiday.
Name	Name of the holiday.
Date	Date of the holiday. Type the date or use the calendar.
Signup	Sign-up period for the holiday.
Service Group	Service group the holiday applies to. Note: You must have already created Service Groups ancillary data for the menu to be populated. Service Groups are used in FX.
Parent	(Optional) Existing holiday that the new holiday will be based on. The current holiday inherits the booking window defined for the parent holiday. A parent holiday might be selected if the holiday recurs once every year.
