Reviewing and Scheduling Return Trips

Evacuation trips can be reviewed and return trips can be scheduled for clients as needed.

Before you begin

Open the Manage Incidents screen.

Procedure

  1. Click the Evacuation step.
  2. On the Return Trips tab, do the following:
    1. Review and select the evacuation trips that have been scheduled and require a return trip.
    2. To view the run itinerary that an evacuation trip is scheduled on, right-click the row and then click Show Itinerary.
  3. Optional: Click the Refresh button as needed to update the list of trips if other users are also managing clients.
