Adding Address Information

You can add the address information of the contractor using the Address pane of the Manage Contractors screen.

Open the Manage Contractors screen, and fill in the fields on the Info tab first.
  1. Open the Addresses tab.

  2. On the Address pane, right-click and select Add Address and the type of address you want to add, for example, Home,Work, or Contractor.
    A new entry, New Address appears on the Address pane and the Address Details fields are enabled.
  3. Enter the address in the appropriate fields.
  4. Optional: In the Comments field, enter any relevant information you want to add to the record.
  5. Click Save in the Address Details pane.
    The new address is shown in the Address pane.
  6. Optional: If the contractor has several addresses and you want to set one address as the default (typically, the mailing address), right-click on the Address pane and go to Set Default Mailing Address > Set.
  7. Click Save in the Address pane.
  8. Optional: Click Next to proceed with adding other information.
