Adding Contact Information

You can add the contact information of the contractor using the Contacts pane of the Manage Contractors screen.

Open the Manage Contractors screen, and fill in the fields on the Info and Contacts tabs first.
  1. Open the Contacts tab.

  2. Do one of the following steps:
    • In the Contacts pane, right-click and select New and the appropriate Contact type, for example, External Contact .
    • Click the Add Contact button on the screen toolbar: Add Contact button.
    The Contact Types are defined as ancillary data.
    The Contact Details fields appear enabled.
  3. In the Contact Details pane, specify values in the following fields (and any other fields shown on your screen as required):
    • Contact Type - Automatically filled in when you select the contact type after clicking New.
    • Title - Appellation indicating status of contact, for example, Mr.
    • First Name - First name of the contact.
    • Last Name - Last name of the contact.
    • Company - Name of the company.
    • Job Title - Position of the contact person.
    • Comments - Any additional information on the contact person.
    • Email - Email address of the contact person. If the check box is selected, the preferred communication method of the contact is by email.
    • Mobile - Mobile phone number of the contact person.
  4. Click Save in the Contact Details pane.
  5. Optional: Click Next to proceed with adding other information.
