A workspace is the set up of the Trapeze5 workstation on your computer screen in terms of content and appearance.
Standard Toolbars
Trapeze5 has five standard toolbars that display different sets of buttons or commands.
Changing the Appearance of Toolbars
It is highly recommended that you do not change the content of screen toolbars. The screen toolbars are essential to the proper use of specific screens and should not be altered.

Click Tools > Customize.
The Customize dialog box.
Select the options you want to apply:
- Show Tooltips : Activates the appearance of tooltips for the buttons. Tooltips describe the function of the button.
- Cool Look : Eliminates the lines between the buttons.
- Large Buttons: Increases the size of the buttons on the toolbars.
Click Apply.
Click OK.

These selections apply to all toolbars currently displayed in your workspace and not only to the toolbar highlighted on the Toolbars tab of the Customize dialog.
