Manual Runcutting Fields

The following table describes the fields in the Manual Runcutting dialog.

Field Description
LineGroup Line group to which the block you selected in the Uncut Pieces grid belongs.
Block Block you selected in the Uncut Pieces grid.
Platform Total platform of the selected block.
Leftover Remaining platform time after you cut a segment from the block.
Run#

Number you assign to the run. The drop-down menu is sorted from the lowest to the highest run number. The option <New>, which is at the bottom of the menu, appears by default.

If you do not select a value, the system automatically assigns a number to the run.
Show Costing

When you click Show Costing, the Costing frame appears in the lower section of the dialog. The fields in the frame are:

  • Run Type: Shows the run type that you created after selecting a segment of the block in the Union Contract list.
  • Efficiency: The ability to create a specific run type with the minimum cost. An efficiency of 1.0 or 100% is ideal.
  • Pay/Plat: The ratio of paid hours to platform time. Test Type: A list of the run types in use.
  • Violation: Shows the contract rule that the run type you selected in the Test Type field has violated, if any.
