About Sorting the Rostering Data

Change the display order of the items in the Roster grids in the Order By frame of the Display tab.

The weekly type of data is composed of the following items:
  • Week Template
The daily type of data is composed of the following items:
  • Roster Number
  • Roster Type
  • Run Number
  • Run Type
  • On Time
  • Off Time
  • Line
  • Pay Time
  • Daily Pay Time
  • Daily Work Time

Daily type data is sorted starting from the earliest time of the first active day. For example, if you chose to filter data using the On Time Range field in the Filters frame, the data is sorted starting with the first On Time on a Monday.

The other items in the Order By drop-down list refer to the same run number and type, times, and line referred to in the Display Options frame.
