Viewing Work Assignments on Larger Screens
View information about your work assignments from the calendar and in the Driver Paddle or Driver Manifest.

Select menu (
), then Calendar.

Do one of the following:
- Select a blue work assignment card in the calendar.

- Select a date in the calendar and then the blue work assignment card in
the right sidebar.

If work consists of more than one piece, then each piece shows in its own work assignment.
Split work shows with a tilde (~). For example, ABC123 becomes ABC123~1 and ABC123~2 after a split.
Work assignment details show in the right sidebar.
This includes the work number, date, work times, if there's an exception for the date, and the start and end locations for the work.
- Select a blue work assignment card in the calendar.
- Optional:
View the work assignment status.
Table 1. Work Assignment Status Status Definition Work was assigned but the day isn't activated. Transit agencies assign most work through a bidding process.
Extraboard work shows as Bid.
Event cards for non-extraboard bid work assignments show a dashed border.
Work was confirmed as part of the day activation process. Transit agencies activate service days to confirm scheduling and bidding information and automatically check for things like approved absences, missing skills, and work rule violations. Schedules are then updated by your transit agency as needed.
After updates, work was confirmed as part of the publish assignments process. Typically, days are published after extraboard and volunteer employees are assigned.

Select a work report to view:
- For fixed route work, select View Paddle.
- For on-demand work, select View Manifest.
The Driver Paddle report shows more information about your assigned work, including Work Name, Sign On time, and Sign Off time.The Operator Manifest report shows more information about your assigned work, including Run Begin and Run End times, Client Names, and Addresses.
Note:Some transit agencies use a custom driver paddle report.
