Canceling Trips

Trips can only be cancelled; they cannot be deleted.

Your transit agency may have policies about when you can cancel trips, for example, you can cancel trips three days before or up to at least 24 hours before the start of a trip.
  1. On the Trips screen, click anywhere on the trip you want to cancel.
    The Ride details screen shows the information of the selected trip.
  2. Click Cancel.
    You are prompted to confirm that you want to cancel the trip.
  3. Click Yes.
    The trip is still shown on the list of trips but is shown with a Cancelled status code.
