Repeating Trip Bookings

You can repeat a booking with the same pick-up and drop-off locations as a previous trip but on a different date and/or time.

When you repeat a booking, the system automatically copies the booking details (pick-up and drop-off locations, pick-up, and drop-off instructions, and booking purpose) from the previous trip.
  1. On the Trips screen, click the trip that you want to repeat.
    The Ride details screen appears.
  2. Click Repeat.
    The Request a Ride screen appears containing the booking details of the selected trip.
  3. Change the date and times of the trip as required.
  4. Click Reserve Ride.
    A summary of the trip details is shown in the confirmation screen.

    When you do not fill in the mandatory fields, the trip is not saved. You are prompted to complete these fields before the trip is saved.
