PASS-Web G3 is the next generation of PASS-Web, which is a browser-based application that enables transit riders and service providers to view, request, and cancel demand response trips using a secure website without the support of a customer service agent. It works with scheduling data provided by Trapeze PASS.
About This Guide
The PASS-Web G3 User Guide for Workers is intended for transit staff who are responsible for supporting transit clients who have PASS-Web G3 accounts.
Signing into PASS-Web G3
You can sign into PASS-Web G3 using your own login information to access the accounts of the clients that the WebCare administrator has assigned to you.
When you sign into PASS-Web G3, the screen shows the trips of the selected client in the form of a list (list view) by default.
Status of Trips
The Trips screen shows the trips that have been booked for the client. These trips are marked with icons that indicate their status.
Booking Casual Trips
Casual trips are trips that are not made on a regular basis.
Adding Other Passengers
If the client typically travels with another passenger, the information is added to the trip automatically.
Canceling Trips
Trips can only be cancelled; they cannot be deleted.
Booking Recurring Trips
Recurring or subscription trips are those that you make on a regular basis from the same origin and destination at specific intervals, for example, a medical appointment every Tuesday of the week at 10:00 a.m.
Repeating Trip Bookings
You can repeat a booking with the same pick-up and drop-off locations as a previous trip but on a different date and/or time.
About Where's My Ride Alerts
PASS-Web G3 provides alerts for trips that are about to occur. They inform the client of the amount of time before the vehicle is due to arrive at the pick-up location.
Sending Feedback
The Comments and Feedback window allows client to submit complaints and suggestions to the transit agency. If allowed, it can also be used to submit change of physical or email addresses.
