This section explains the organization of the Remarks screen, how to access it, and how to tell when there are new remarks you need to look at.
Creating Remarks
You can add a remark that applies to lines, patterns, trips, or vehicles.

Creating Trip Remarks

Trip remarks are shown with the trips on the selected line.

When you create a Trip remark, the remark notification icon (exclamation mark) appears in the margin of the headway sheet next to the trip specified. For example, if you type a remark for a trip on line 236, the remark notification icon appears next to that particular trip.

In the Headway Wizard screen, open the headway sheet of the line for which you want to type the trip remark.
Select a field of the trip on the headway sheet. Right-click and choose Add Remark > Trip.
The Remarks screen and Remarks Properties dialog are displayed. On the Validity grid in the Remarks Properties dialog, the From Date is shown as the current date and the To Date is shown as seven days from the current date by default.
Make any necessary changes in the Remarks Properties dialog. Click OK.
On the right pane of the Remarks dialog, type the remark.
