PASS-Web G3 is the next generation of PASS-Web, which is a browser-based application that enables transit riders and service providers to view, request, and cancel demand response trips using a secure website without the support of a customer service agent. It works with scheduling data provided by Trapeze PASS.

PASS-IVR is designed for demand response services and enables registered users to access information regarding their accounts, scheduled trips, alerts associated with their trips, and general announcements. Passengers call a direct line to the system or the transit agency’s main number, which directs them to the system.
