Changing Schedule States from Schedule Editor

Schedule states can be changed manually as needed.

Before you begin

Schedule Editor must be open.

To alter schedule states in either Schedule Administrator or Schedule Editor, the user must be granted the Trapeze6 security permission Trapeze4 > Real Time Scheduling > Schedule State.

About this task

Schedules can be changed to one of the following states:
  • Active
  • Active Locked
  • Activating
  • Closed

Procedure

  1. In the Real Loaded Schedules grid, select the schedule.
  2. In the State list, click an option:
    Active and Closed options visible in a a drop-down list.
    If more state options are needed, use Schedule Administrator to alter the schedule state.
  3. Move the pointer to a different location on the grid and click.
    A confirmation message appears.
  4. Click Yes.
