Viewing Client Itineraries in Schedule Editor

When viewing client itineraries, unscheduled or canceled bookings are not shown.

Before you begin

Schedule Editor must be open to Run Itinerary view.

About this task

Viewing client itineraries allows you to see what client trips have already been scheduled for the selected schedule.

Procedure

  1. Click the row of the client's trip event.
  2. Click the Display Client Itinerary button:
    Small I and large C on three columns of lines.
    Client Itinerary view appears.
