PASS Dispatch System Properties
PASS Dispatch properties are additional checks that Workstation can make when assigning runs to ensure that drivers get enough rest and sleep before beginning another shift.
To update system properties, click and click the Profile tab.

| Maximum shift time that a driver can have. The total elapsed time of the driver’s driving time is compared to all other runs to which the driver is currently assigned in the schedule. If the total drive time is greater than the value defined in this property, a warning will appear. |

| Sleep Check in the Driver Assign
dialog box ensures that the driver has rested for the amount of time defined in
this property. The elapsed time is counted from the latest pull-in time of the driver's previous day runs until the next scheduled pull-out time. This property also checks new pull-in times against the earliest pull-out time already assigned to the driver for the next day's schedule. A warning appears if either value is less than the value defined in this property. |
