Advanced Notice Profile

Advanced Notice Profile ancillary data allows you to create a profile that you later assign to a polygon when you create or edit a run in the Runs screen.

The advanced notice profile specifies a period of time from the current time to the live date. The normal use of this feature is to create an expanding service area that is available to a run as the date of service approaches so that the Schedule Server application can force runs to stay within a community at first, and later on, make it easier for the server to search for a solution for hard-to-serve trips as the schedule fills up.

To add ancillary data, click File > Ancillary Data > Para > Service > Advanced Notice Profile.

Abbr	Abbreviated name that represents the advanced notice profile.
Description	Description of the advanced notice profile.
Advance Days	Numeric value that specifies the minimum number of days prior to a live date when the profile is activated.
Notice Time	Numeric value that specifies the minimum number of hours prior to a live date when the profile is activated.
Provider	Provider to which the profile applies.
