About Garages

The Garages screen allows you to record and geocode a garage address on the map.

A garage is the first location that a vehicle pulls out from at the beginning of the day and the last location that it pulls in to at the end of the day. Make sure that the garage information is correct and that the address is geocoded properly. Accurate geocoding is important because the Schedule Server takes into account the location, that it the garage, a vehicle pulls out from and pulls in to when calculating the distance and time that must be spent traveling between locations.
