Checking for Existing Bookings
Before you create a new booking using Quick Booking, you can check to see if bookings exist for the client for the days for which you are about to create the booking.
Procedure

Press the CTRL and SHIFT keys and click
the Trip Booking button:

- Type the name of the Client.

Press the Expand/Collapse button:

Two additional tabs, Details and Client Info, are shown on the right side of the screen with additional fields below. -
In the View list, click Next Trips,
Previous Trips, or Today’s Trips.
The From and To fields show the date range that will be used for the client trip search.To define a new number of trips to search for, type the Trips number, delete the client name, and research for the client.Bookings occurring on and within the dates specified are shown in the grid.
- Select the Unique check box if you do not want to view multiple instances of regularly scheduled trips in the Trip Confirmation grid.
- In the Trip Confirmation grid, check the locations and request dates and times of the existing bookings.
