Creating Checklist Questions
Questions need to be created before they can be added to checklists for supervisors to use in SupervisorMate.

Procedure

Click Manage Questions.
The Questions dialog box appears.

Select a Question type:
- MDC (already defined questions)
- Vehicle (source of questions)
- Employee (source of questions)

Based on your question type, do one of the following:
Option Description MDC (already defined questions) Beside the Already defined questions field, click Add. Vehicle or Employee - In the Questions Category list, click a category.
- In the Questions which can be added list, click a question.
- Click Add.
- Type a Question.

Select All possible answers to the question.
You must select at least two answers. For example, yes and no.
- Select The right answer to the question.
- Click Save.
