Creating Date Interval Rules

Date interval rules define when a specific date interval is used. For example, on specific days of the week or specific weeks in the month.

About this task

Date intervals can be applied to a variety of activities in the Trapeze4 Workstation.

Procedure

  1. Click File > Ancillary Data > General > Date Intervals.
  2. Select a date interval from the grid.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click Rules.
The Date Intervals dialog box appears.
  5. Select a Rule Type.
  6. Click each cell in the grid row and complete the appropriate fields for the selected rule type.

Created rules are appended to the date interval in the Date Summary dialog box.
  8. Click Close.
