Client Statistics System Properties

These properties determine how the Client Statistics feature is used.

System properties that affect client statistics are found in Tools > System Properties, on the Profile tab.

System Property	Description
Client Statistics > Calculate on the year for the current period	If selected, statistics are calculated without going through the update process in the Client Statistics ancillary dialog box. As periods and schedule status groups are defined, the system calculates client statistics automatically and without user intervention.
Client Statistics > Future Years	Determines the number of years in advance of the current year for which you can create periods and generate statistics. For example, if you type `1`, the Year Beginning list includes the next year.
Client Statistics > Prior Years	Determines the number of years preceding the current year for which you can create periods and generate statistics. For example, if you type `5`, the Year Beginning list includes the five preceding years.
Client Statistics > Statistics Base Date	First date of your yearly period. This field is useful if you are generating statistics according to a fiscal year. For example, if the fiscal year starts on October 1, type `01-10-XX`. Note: The year you type is not important.
