Dispatch Center Filters

Narrow results in Dispatch Center by using the filters available on the Options tab.

Filter Description
Schedule Select the schedule for which you want to view information.

Click the ellipsis button (…) and choose a schedule type (for example, Live) and date. By default, the current date is selected.
Provider

Select the providers for which to view information (for example, bookings assigned to a provider in the Unscheduled Trips grid or runs assigned to a provider in the Incident Dispatch grid).

Note: By default, trips and runs assigned to all providers as well as those not assigned to any provider are shown. The No Provider option shows runs and unscheduled trips that are not assigned to any provider.
Mdt Grp Select the MDT group for which you want to view information.

VehType Select the vehicle type for which you want to view information.
Mdt Center Messages/Msg Cate (Category)
Select the types of messages shown in the MDT Notifications grid:
  • Sys (System)
  • Gen (General)
  • Pass
  • FX
Unscheduled Trips/SubType Filter the trips to display by subtypes.

This can be useful, for example, if you do not want to show will-call trips.

Common Filters

The following fields appear in the Incidents, Mdt Center, and Performance (Violations) frames. Each of these fields perform the same function for a different grid on the Displays tab.

Field Description
RunGrp

Select a run group or a predefined collection of runs. If run groups are used at your site, choose the run groups from the list. Only information pertaining to the runs within the run group are shown.

Note: You can choose RunGrp or Run Set but not both.
Run Set Specify multiple criteria for picking and choosing the runs to be shown.

Click the ellipsis button (…) to display the Select Runs dialog box.
Run Type Display information for a specific run type (Para, Flex, Fixed).
