Recording a No-Show in Dispatch Center
When the driver shows up at the appointed time and place of a pick-up and the client is not present, record the event as a no-show in the Dispatch Center.
Before you begin
Procedure
- In the Incident Dispatch grid (or Violations grid if the event is shown there), select the pick-up event.

Do one of the following:
- Right-click and click NoShow.
- Click the No Show button:

A This will Noshow the selected event. message appears. -
Click OK.
The Set Time dialog box appears.
- In the Actual field, type the time at which the no show occurred.

Click OK.
The Set Time dialog box closes and the event is flagged with the NS cancel code.
