Unscheduling Trips in Dispatch Center

You can only unschedule one trip at a time in the Dispatch Center.

Before you begin

Dispatch Center must be open.

About this task

This removes the trip from a run and returns it to the list of unscheduled trips.

Procedure

  1. Highlight the event in the Incidents Dispatch grid or Violations grid.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Right-click and click Unschedule.
    • Click the Unschedule check box:
      Three times: 1:07, 1:10, and 1:40 overlaid with a red X.
    A This will Unschedule a booking with the selected event. message appears.
  3. Click OK.

Results

The booking is unscheduled. The booking is added to the Unscheduled Trips grid and the trip events are removed from the Violations or Incidents Dispatch grid.
