The Incident Details grid shows detailed information about a specific event.

Dispatch Center must be open.

About this task

The Incident Details grid provides the same information as the Details grid in Dispatch.

Procedure

Use the Show and Hide buttons at the top right corner of the Incidents Dispatch grid to show or hide the Incident Details grid:
