Marking an Event As Performed in Schedule Editor
In addition to marking a trip as arrived in Dispatch, you can also mark an event as performed in Schedule Editor.
Before you begin
Procedure
- Select the event to be marked.
-
Click the Mark as Performed button:

The Set Time dialog box appears. -
In the Actual field, record the time at which the event was
actually performed.
This is the time at which (for pick-ups) the client has boarded the vehicle and the vehicle is ready to depart OR when (for drop-offs) the client has alighted from the vehicle and the driver is ready to leave to complete the next event.
- Optional:
Enter any Fare Collected information using the grid.
If there are no options on the Activity or Payment Type drop-down lists, confirm that you are working with the Set Time dialog box on the main Windows monitor.
- Optional:
If needed, select the Perform Previous check box.
This option marks all unperformed events previous to the current event and the current event as performed.Perform Previous is typically used if the driver does not have time to inform the scheduler/dispatcher of every event that is performed. For example, if the driver only calls in every third event, then when you record the time you can select Perform Previous.
- Click OK.
Results
The system changes estimated times for events following this event accordingly but estimated times for events prior to this event remain intact.
