ToDo List System Properties

ToDo List properties customize the background color of tasks and the how long items are shown in the list.

To update system properties, click Tools > System Properties and click the System tab.

Property	Description
ToDo List > Color	Allows you to assign the background color of the tasks in the ToDo Items dialog box. To Do Items are created as ancillary data and assigned to individuals or user groups. Users can view these items in their respective ToDo Items dialog box.
ToDo List > Threshold Limit	Sets the time span of the items to be automatically shown in the To Do Items dialog box. For example, type `30` to set 30 minutes as the number of minutes past a task’s completion time for it to be considered overdue.
