Using the Filter Frame

Using examples, the following procedure shows how to use the options in the Filters frame.

It illustrates how to view the rosters that are within a specific time range on weekends.
  1. In the Filters frame, click the Weekly option.
  2. Select the Su and Sa day check boxes. Leave the AND option selected.
  3. Optional: To select the rosters with a tag, type an appropriate name/word in the Tag field.
  4. Click the Lines ellipsis button.
  5. In the Select LineGroups dialog box, select the line you want and click OK.
  6. Click the Run Types ellipsis button.
  7. In the Select Run Types dialog box, select the appropriate run type.
  8. Click the Roster Types ellipsis button.
  9. In the Select RosterTypes dialog box, select the appropriate run type.
  10. Optional: To use the filters you entered as the default, click Set Default.
  11. Do one of the following steps:
    • To apply your selected filters on the data in the grid you are working on, click Apply.
    • To apply the filters to both grids, click Apply To Both.
