How to Keep Columns Visible

You can use the freeze feature to keep a column or columns constantly positioned at the left of your report.

The Freeze features lets you scroll through a wide report while keeping key columns constantly positioned at the left. You can Freeze any number of columns, but they must be contiguous (beside each other). Select the column or columns and right-click Freeze. The column or columns move to the left of the report and change color. To unfreeze, right-click anywhere in the column header area and click Unfreeze.
