Time Frame How the rule is calculated.

For time frames that start with Each…, the rule is applied to each day individually (subject to the constraints noted in the Time Frame). For example, Each Regular Work Day.

For time frames that resemble All…in the Pay <Period/Week>, the rule is calculated based on the timekeeping information for the entire pay period/week.

For example, All Days in the Pay Period looks at the totals for that pay period and applies the rule as needed.

To Day Number of future work days from the current date to check against the alert rule.

Note that all timekeeping alert rules check the current date. From Day and To Day allow additional dates to be checked.
