Bulletins give information to employees in the form of messages or documents.

There are three bulletin types:

General bulletins are filtered based on division and can only be viewed in Employee Self-Service.
Detour bulletins can be filtered by division, line, line group, and work name. You can view detour bulletins from Employee Self-Service, Daily Activity, OPS Master Divisions, OPS Line Group, and Runs Display.
Document bulletins are meant to be used for attachments (for example, a PDF document explaining a new policy). They can be filtered by division and employee type. They can only be viewed in Employee Self-Service.

You can create and edit all bulletin types from the OPS Bulletins screen. You can create and edit detour bulletins from OPS Master Divisions, OPS Line Group, and Runs Display. You can also edit general bulletins from the OPS Master Divisions screen.
