About the Daily Employee List Screen
The Daily Employee List screen lets you make manual adjustments to system-generated extraboard and volunteer lists.
Trapeze OPS determines the order of operators in extraboard and volunteer lists according to system property settings. Dispatchers can make manual adjustments in the Daily Employee List screen to make sure that open work is assigned to operators based on their agency rules.
When a day is already activated and changes are made (shifts assigned) in the extraboard or volunteer list, you can regenerate the extraboard list in the Daily Employee List screen without reactivating the day.
- If you delete employee records and want to restore the list.
Employee records deleted from the Daily Employee List screen are also deleted from the Daily Activity screen. When you regenerate the list and refresh the Daily Activity screen, the employees return.
- If the extraboard or volunteer list is rotated based on accumulated hours and you want to reflect changes to the previous day’s assignments.
You can regenerate the list by clicking .
- For Extraboard: In Extra Board Types, in Employee Rotation Rules, the Show Daily Hours property is enabled and the Extraboard Rotation Method property is set to Accumulated Hours.
- For Volunteers: In Volunteer Types, in Employee Rotation Rules, the Show Daily Hours property is enabled and the Method property is set toAccumulated Hours .
If these scenarios exist and you manually change hours after calculation, you can trigger calculation by clicking .
