Adjusting Volunteer Usage

Manually adjust the number of times an employee has been a volunteer as needed.

  1. Open the Daily Employee List screen and set the Context (F3).
    Select Volunteers and define the other options as desired.
  2. Select an employee record.
    If there are no employees on the list, you must add a volunteer before adjusting volunteer usage.
  3. Select Volunteer Usage Adjustment: Volunteer Usage Adjustment
    You can also select Volunteer Usage Adjustment in the Daily Activity screen.
  4. In the Adjustment field, enter a number to adjust the number of times the employee has been a volunteer.
  5. Optional: Enter a note in the Comments field.
  6. Select the volunteer type to update.
  7. Select OK.
