About the Work Planner Replicator Screen

The Work Planner Replicator screen lets you fill up a new sign-up period with the bids of an existing bid assignment.

In the Replicate Bid wizard, you can specify a division and roster scenario to replicate if there is more than one. The new sign-up period and the reference bid should have the same runs.

Based on seniority and according to the available quotas, the following are copied into the new bid period:

Runs
PASS runs
Roster types

When you copy a bid, the last week of the source bid is used to determine work and extraboard assignments for the new bid. Holidays, absence selections, hold-downs, and vacation relief assignments contained in the source bid are not copied into the new bid.
