Copying Bid Assignments to a New Sign-Up Period

If the new sign-up period is the same as the previous one, you can copy the earlier bid using the Work Planner Replicator.

  1. Open the Work Planner Replicator screen: Work Planner Replicator
  2. Select the Agency you are replicating.
  3. Select Perform Copy Bid:Perform Copy Bid
    The Replicate Bid dialog appears.
  4. In the Original list, select the bid to replicate.
  5. In New Bid, enter the name of the new bid.
  6. In New Sign, select the sign-up period.
  7. Select the Division and Roster Scenario to be used.
  8. Select Copy.
    A confirmation message appears.
  9. Select Yes.
