Printing Employee Information

Information printed from list view in the Employee Profile screen includes a title with the information type, employee name, badge number, and date range.

Information printed from detail view doesn't include a title.
  1. Open the Employee Profile screen and set the Context (F3).
  2. Select an employee.
  3. In the submenu list, select the type of information to print button (for example, Absences).
  4. Click in the list view.
  5. Optional: Select File > Page Setup to change the printer settings.
  6. Optional: Select File > Print Preview to preview the print screen selection.
  7. Select File > Print.
  8. Select OK.
