Setting the Employee Profile Context

Setting the screen Context (F3) shows and filters data related to your task.

The maximum number of Context results in the Employee Profile screen is 5000.
  1. In the Employee Profile screen, open the Context (F3).

On the Employees Filter tab:
  1. Enter a Date.
    Only employees with a start date on or before this date are shown.
  2. Select an Employee or an Agency.
    Select Not Specified for employees who aren't yet assigned.
  3. If an Agency was selected, do the following:
    1. Select the Division(s) for employees to view.
    2. Select the Employee Type(s) to view.
    3. Select the Status Type(s) to view.
    4. Select the Supervisory Group(s) to view.
      For this option to be available, the OPS > Supervisory Groups > Enable property must be selected.
      If no supervisory group is associated, clear all boxes.
  4. In the Details section, select From and To dates.
    This restricts the amount of information shown in the employee record. The To date value doesn't filter out records that have no end date.
On the Employees Label tab:
  1. Select the display format.
    This controls the display of the employee's name and badge number in the left pane of the Employee Profile screen.
  2. Select OK.
