Updating OPS Client Files

Client files that serve a specific purpose are added in the OPS Client Files screen.

Currently, only files associated with BlockBuster or Employee Self-Service use this screen.
  1. In the Client Shell, open the OPS Client Files screen.
  2. Select the Usage Type to be updated.

  3. Select Update attached client file: Update attached client file button.
  4. Use the ellipsis button (…) to navigate to and select the file.
    Custom ESS Logo Files should be one of the following: .bmp, .gif, .jpg, or .png.
  5. Select Save.
The saved Filename appears in the list.
